(1) How to connect and tune EZDSP? What is the specification?
Please check the attached manual draft in English and the specification sheet.
(2) Can we customize the app?
Yes, the app can be customized. Customized app cost is around $800 - $2000, it depends on how much you want to modify.
(3) Do you have a PC version or only an APP?
This version 1.0 only has an app available. Our new version can be used with both PC and APP.
(4) How to pair EZDSP?
EZDSP communicates with the phone via the "BLE" protocol. So, just open the app, go to the "EZDSP Pro" section, it will be automatically connected. No pairing is needed. Only Bluetooth audio streaming devices need to be paired via phone "Setting".
(5) Can we customize the DSP itself?
Yes, any customized DSP projects are welcome! App tuned DSP is just a template. You can make 2.1 channels, 4.1 channel, APP tuned bass, or add the module into your amplifiers or active subwoofers.
Or, you can use our patented technology for home audio, Pro audio to control DSP, LED, etc.....
Application is endless!
(6) How long is the tooling lead time?
The tooling for the new DSP device is around 45 days.
(7) How long is the production lead time?
Our standard production lead time after sample approval is 60 days.
